  • How others respond to our mistakes affects the way we think, learn, and communicate
  • There are different ways we respond to our mistakes
  • Ex. Judge, talk behind peoples backs, and are disappointed
  • Some people are scared to answer questions, because students may judge them

MISTAKES

  • Your mistakes can lead to powerful lessons
  • How you react to mistakes leads to improving yourself better or not
  • If you get in trouble in class, there is a consequence you learn from

MISTAKES CAN BE GOOD

  • If you never make a mistake, you wont learn anything
  • Don't avoid risk taking or mistakes
  • You are more important than the mistake

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MISTAKES

  • Own up to your mistakes
  • Be responsible
  • Ex. Don't deny it, don't blame it on someone else
