• Congress choose whenever electors vote.

• Only natural born citizens of the United States that are at least 35 years of age can run for president.

• If the president or Vice President are resigned or died while in office. The person under the president will take over.

• The president will receive pay for services.

• Before the president serves. He or she has to take an oath.

• The president will have the power to make treaty's and nominate ambassadors public ministers etc

• The president has the power to fill all vacancies during recessions

• Courts decide.

• Lower court case and be taken to Supreme court by appeal.

• Right to trial by jury.
