  • Congress choose whenever electors vote.

  • Only natural born citizens of the United States that are at least 35 years of age can run for president.

ARTICLE 2 SECTION 1 CLAUSE 6

  • If the president or Vice President are resigned or died while in office. The person under the president will take over.

  • The president will receive pay for services.
