FIRST

ASK YOUR GCD

• You should be able to receive a hard copy of a PRA request form

SECOND

FILL IT OUT

• Fill in all the fields of information required
• Your GCD must approve and sign

THIRD AND FINALLY

SUBMIT AND ALLOW TIME FOR APPROVAL

• All proposals should be submitted 30 days prior to the date needed
• Proposals will go through series of signage from upper authorities
• You will receive an email notifying you if the program was approved or denied
