STANCE

STAND UP RIGHT WITH FEET SHOULDER WIDTH APART

Notch the Arrow
Place the arrow on the bow. Turn the bow so that it's horizontal and the arrow rest is facing upwards.

DRAW

DRAW ARROW BACK SO YOUR FINGERS ARE ANCHORED BY YOUR MOUTH.
5.

Aim
You can either keep both eyes open or close one eye when looking at the target.

6.

Release
When releasing, keep absolutely still, and follow through with your hand.
