Cacao
They are grown on a tall shaded tree
Mostly in the tropical regions of Africa
Also in Central and South America
The farmers cut them open to get the Cocoa beans

They dry the cocoa beans
They then check and make sure they are fully dry
Then package and ship them off to the U.S

After they ship the cocoa beans they take them to a factory
A factory in Chicago or any other factory in the U.S
In the factory they roast the beans

After the roasting it creates Cacao Nibs
Cacao Nibs are then milled
Cacao Nibs are the crunchy type of chocolate

Chocolate liquor is then made
Chocolate liquor is a pure cocoa mass in liquid form
The mass is melted and it forms the liquor
The liquor is then cooled and molded into small pieces
This part is called Unsweetened Baking Chocolate (bitter chocolate)

Its goes through a process called Broma
It is used to extract cocoa butter from the ground cocoa beans
Cocoa butter is deodorized to remove strong or undesirable tastes
