It all started a long, long time ago, when houses where log cabins, ovens where small fires. Men wore ragged shirts and pants and women wore peasant dresses. Anywho, this is where our story begins: in a small little village. Oh,and there is one more thing you should know. Deep in the forest, there was a little hut, and in that hut were a group of villains called The Amazing Four. They were highly dangerous.
So dangerous in fact, that the king banished them. Let's just get to the point, all right? So anyway, the village didn't know what to do about it. After all, they had no protection from the villains. Though they had a few guards, they were worried(most of the guards were on duty in the kingdom). What will they do?! There were two girls that weren't even worried, like they didn't even take notice. Their names were Bella and Bushra Surban.
They were mysterious: always getting into trouble, doing stuff they shouldn't be, and worst of all, they get into explosives, potions, and other experimental things. Once, they even set a house on fire! Of coarse their parents yelled at them, but they had to explain to the king and queen, and they were only 18! Ok, around this age your normally getting into a lot of trouble, but this was TROUBLE, like really, really bad trouble. Really bad!
Anywho, they were doing their usual: No-good-sneakypeaky-stuff. They went into a small house. It was owned by a scientist who was getting supplies for an experiment out at the market-place. When Bushra and Bella went inside, something caught the eye. A purple potion with a label that read: DO NOT DRINK. UNKNOWN SUPERPOWERS! The girls smiled at each other and winked, then ran home to wash up for dinner.
At precisely midnight, the girls got up and snuck down to the scientist's house. The potion was still there, like it never moved. Bushra took a plastic cup out of her pack and poured some of the potion into the cup and drank half of it. Bella drank the other half. The girls felt tired and dizzy, so they went home and back to bed.
It was a quiet day in the village. The Surbans were going to the pet palace(which is there way of saying zoo or petting zoo). Bushra wanted to see a panda, and Bella was all about the elephants. First, they went to see the pandas. Bushra touched one then looked at her hand. She gasped. Her parents took no notice, but Bella reacted like it was a loud scream for help. "What happened?" She screamed. "Look!" On Bushra's hand, or I should say in her hand were purple streams of light. The same color purple as the potion they drank.
Bella thought it might have something to do with the potions and superheroes, but then her mind told her that that was insane....and realized it was right. But the the same thing happened when she touched an elephant.
Bushra was the only one who noticed, well, the animals suspected something, too. That day after lunch, the girls went out to the field. Bushra pet a deer, and within the blink of an eye, it was a panda. Bella and Bushra looked at each other, then at the panda. "What? Like I meant to. And besides, but t looks much better that way." Bushra said. Bella touched a prairie dog and it turned into a elephant....with Bella clinging to it's backside.
Bella and Bushra were in their room. Bushra was thinking of a name for her and her sister. Bella was sewing costumes for them. Their excuse was playing, so their parents would stay out of their room. Bella was making an elephant costume for herself, and a panda costume for her sister, when Bushra yelled "I got it! Your name will be Bellaphant and my name will be Pandabush." "That's great, but do you think you can keep it down a notch? I could also use some help on these costumes. Here's what I want them to look like." And with that she gave Bushra the un-finished costume and the design.
Bushra nodded and got to work. Two hours later, the girls where in bed, napping, when Mrs. Surban came in with a tray of cookies and two glasses of milk. When she saw the girls napping, she set the cookies and milk on the desk and saw the costumes layer out on the table, she murmured to herself, "Imagination these days."
After 3 hours of testing their powers, Bella and Bushra finally figured out the key. Bella took out a piece of paper and wrote: ANYTHING LIVING TURNS INTO ANIMAL Oh, and there is one more thing; remember at the beginning of the story when I said Bella and Bushra weren't even worried. Well the people have worried for decades, so Bella and Bushra weren't born yet, so they don't know how dangerous The Amazing Four are.
They were tired of story's and wanted to discover for themselves. They told Mr. and Mrs. Surban that they were going to the other side of the village to visit a friend for a week. They put on their costumes and flew out the window and in to the forest. As it got darker, the girls worried about where they would spend the night. They saw a girl picking berries. They asked her if they could spend the night at her place. She just nodded and headed in to the forest with the girls right behind her. For a house, the girl had wood planks set up around an oak tree like a teepee.
She had cotton-ferns for a bed. The girl made tea and cookies for the girls and the three sat down to eat. "My name is Mae." She said. Bella asked her, "Why are you here? What happened to your family?" "Long story." "We've got time." "Ok." Mae took a deep sigh."It started three months ago. When me and my parents were walking through the forest. I had a feeling something or someone was following us. I was sure of it. Within 10 minutes, a griffin sprung out of nowhere! It picked my father up by the shoulders and in the blink of an eye, he evaporated into dust.
Me and my mom were still hiding behind a thick tree trunk. We heard scratching noises, and my mom assumed the griffin was back, so we ran..." Mae started to cry. "right into a griffin! My mom picked me up and tossed me into a near by bush. Lucky for me, it was amiss bush - a very, very rare bush. I watched from inside the bush in horror as the claw of a griffin went through her body. She disintegrated into golden dust, which then evaporated. After that, I tried to hold back my tears so the griffin wouldn't get me.
When the griffins left, I ran in the opposite direction as fast as I could. Then I saw 10 ft. long wood planks and an old sewing kit laying next to this oak tree. I used those materials to build my house." Mae gestured to her stick teepee. "But what does the sewing kit have do do with this?" Bushra asked. Mae smiled."I went back to the moss bush. I sewed a blankets and pillows. Bella yawned."I'm getting tired. May we spend the night?" "Sure." "Thanks." Then the three went to bed.
