HERA

  • Symbols are the cow, peacock and wedding ring.
  • Her husband is Zues. She is the sister to hades,poiseden, and Demeter,
  • Hera is the queen of gods. Even the great Zues fears his wife Hera. One day day Zues became so upset he hung her in the clouds by a golden chain and attached heavy anvils to her feet.

PERSEPHONE

  • Symbol is a pomegranate.
  • She is wife to hades daughter to Demeter and Zues.
  • She was kidnapped by hades. She is the goddess of grain and agriculture. She is a beautiful young women.

HADES

  • Symbols are the pomegranate and cape of invisibility
  • Brother to Zues and Poseidon. Sisters are Hera and Demeter. His wife is Persephone.
  • He abducted Persephone and made her queen of the underworld.
  • Hades was a trickster figure in many myths and legends.
  • He was also called the God of Wealth or “the rich one” because he possessed the precious metals of the earth.

MEDUSA

  • Medusas symbol is snakes.
  • She is a gorgon sister.
  • If you look into her eyes you will turn to stone.
  • She was originally a blonde hair maden then she fell in love with Poseidon forgot her vows and got punished.
  • She was all alone and then baby snakes appeared on her head.

HERCULES

  • Symbol is "Cupid"
  • He is the son of Zues.
  • He defended Thebes from the armies neighboring city.
  • After his labors were completed he was involved in more adventures.
  • Hercules is known for being very muscular.

HERMES

  • Symbols are tortoise, rooster, purse, pouch, the herma.
  • Son of Zues.
  • He is well know as a prankster is most notable prank was liked with Apollo.
  • Apollo swore that hermes would always be his favorite.
  • Hermes was known for his helpfulness to mankind, both in his capacity as immortal herald and on his own initiative
