My own definition of health is staying fit, staying healthy, and staying safe.

Eating healthy means to exercise, wash your hands, and stay away from junk food.
Sometimes.
I said sometimes because most of the time I eat healthy, sometimes I slack and eat junk food.

Exercise is important to health because staying fit is important to make you strong and healthy.
I exercise because its keeps your body healthy, prevents diseases, and have a healthy weight.
If one of my friends didn't exercise, I would give them a motivation to run at least 10 minutes, everyday.
