  • The most influential artist of the 15th century

  • 1415 the marble statue of St. John was completed
  • It was called the Evangelist
  • Created a 7'9" statue
  • It was larger than a life-size person
  • Also he created a lot of statues in marble, bronze, terracotta and wood
