• The band started up in March of 1957 when John Lennon form a skiffle group.
• George played lead guitar and sitar.
• Ringo was the drummer.
• Lennon played rhythm guitar, along with the keyboard and harmonica.
• Paul played left-hand bass and later on the keys.

Rising Up To Fame

• They played in various clubs over the course of three years.
• In 1962, they gained fame in the UK with their hit single "Love Me Do".
• Songs include "Please please me" and "PS I love you".

Legends

• British colonies brought them to the Americas
• They appeard of famous, popular TV shows
• Songs appealed to a variety of young adults and teenagers
• Raised the bar for future boy bands
