VERTICAL BANDSAW

HOW TO USE A VERTICAL BANDSAW

• Lower and upper the housing half inch above the metal
• Turn on
• Run the metal though
• Then turn off when done

HACKSAW

• When cutting just, let your body sway ahead and back with each stroke.
• Put pressure when using the hacksaw but can't put pressure coming back.

HOW TO USE A HORIZONTAL BANDSAW

• Lift up the cutter head
• Open the clamping jaws
• Place the material under the blade
• Clamp the jaws/ Angle the blade to what's wanted
• Turn on/ lower the blade on the material

• Consecration
• Saw operator
• Manufacturing

SAFETY

• Ware safety goggles or face shield
• Keep body parts away from the blades
• If using a table saw do not wear gloves
• Lower guard to make certain it works freely
• Keep saws clean to avoid malfunctioning

• Don't wear any rings or jewelry
• Sturdy foot wear
• Close fitting/protecting clothing must be worn
• Hearing protection just in case
