  • All accounts are added to get correct total.

PREPARE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.

  • This is the list of end products from the account system.

JOURNALIZE AND POST ENTRIES.

  • Temporary accounts are closed.

POST CLOSING TRIAL BALANCE.

  • The last step of the accounting cycle.
