Empiricism is the theory that knowledge is derived from sense-experience.

THE 5 SENSES

  • Touch
  • Taste
  • Hear
  • Sight
  • Smell

Empiricism cannot be a fully reliable way to prove reality.

Anything you experience or feel or see or hear isn't always what your mind thinks it is. It can sometimes just be an illusion that your mind and/or body can create!

Sometimes you can feel something crawling on you or even poking you. You go to wipe whatever you feel off, and its nothing.

Point proven ! Your sense of touch is telling your mind that there is something on you, but its just an illusion and come to find out, it's really nothing.

In conclusion, empiricism can seem true to some people. But it is not really a fully stable way to view and prove reality.
