4TH AMENDMENT

• No unreasonable searches and seizures
• Without this amendment teachers could search wherever, whenever

6TH AMENDMENT

• Right to a quick trial
• Without this amendment prisons would become more overcrowded

8TH AMENDMENT

• No cruel or unusual punishment for prisoners
• Without this amendment the prisons could starve their prisoners

10TH AMENDMENT

• Gives the states rights
• Drivers license age can be determined by states and not nationally
• Could make it so high schoolers can't drive
