PREPARATION OF THE PHARAOH PT1
- Dissectors cut the Pharaoh with a flint knife.
- Then They dried out the organs and put them in clay jars.
- It took 70 days to prepare the body.
- Anubis is the god who looked over the process.
- Servants stuffed the bodies full of natron.( A type of salt)
PREPARATION OF THE PHARAOH PT2
- Servants waited for natron to dry out.
- Anyone who worshiped the pharaoh prayed for the gods to let the Pharoh into the afterlife.
- The pharoh was now wrapped in linen.
Why it's important
This is important because...
if they didn't prepare the pharaoh properly it would rot way faster than it would in a sarcaughjagase.
MAKING THE MUMMY PT1
- The pharaoh was unwrapped and got prepared for the process.
- People who worshiped the pharaoh did even more death rituals.
- Servants killed his pets and one servant.
- The servants then mummified the pets and the one servant.
- Farmers thsn started building the pyramid for the pharaoh.
MAKING OF THE MUMMY PT2
- They then wrapped the pharoh back up again.
- They made the mask and wrappred the pharaoh again.
- They wrapped the mummy in linen and put it into 3 sarcaughjagases.
Making the mummy was important because...
if they didn't make the mummy the body would be preserved for the afterlife.

- Amethyst, garnet, pearl, ruby ect.

The artifacts that were buried with the pharaoh were important because they thought that it would support them in the afterlife.
