Conflict..
The conflict of the story is that Nikki has the be at 3 places at once. She has to be at her little sisters Halloween party at the zoo with a rat costume, she has to be at the haunted house with her date Brandon in a Juliet costume and she also has to be at the haunted house with her best friends in a trash bag costume and she doesn't want to let anyone down.

The climax in the story is when Nikki gets asked to come to 3 events and she tries to figure out a way to go to all 3.

Resolution...
The resolution would be when Nikki just goes to her date and friends in her regular clothes so she doesn't have to lie to them anymore and Nikki and her crush Brandon started dating.
