  • Fred Deluca Founded subway in 1965
  • He developed many subways over the country to become very successful  
  • Fred was Born in 1948
  • His hometown was Brooklyn New york 
  • Fred attended Bridgeport University

  • He opened his first business when he was 17yrs old
  • Fred didn't own any business before subway he wanted to be a medical doctor
  • Needed to pay off some school loans, the way to do that was open a store 
  • Fred quickly found out that his store was going to mak eprofit

  • Dr. Peter Buck was the entrepreneur of innovator of the subway industry
  • Dr. Peter buck told Fred to start the bus. to pay off his loans 
  • Fred and Peter were both willing to take risks but there were no risks
  • The risk of subway would be opening multiple stores across the country

  • Dr. Peter Buck was the spark plug because he inspired Fred to open the bus 
  • Peter inspired Fred to go out and earn more money everyday to pay his loan
