Talk to your doctor about getting help to quit. Your doctor can prescribe medication to help withdrawal and suggest other alternatives.

  • Nicotine makes you feel good when you are smoking, but it can make you anxious, nervous, moody, and depressed.
  • Using tobacco can cause headaches and dizziness.
