• Before Hitler Germany was in economic crisis and their government was so poor that they didn't know how to handle the crisis
• Hitler came in and was able to implement his ideas and give the people what they want

• Hitler got the employment of people up by offering labor force as a job
• Made the country go from unemployment of 7 million in 1934 to 2 million by 1938
• by 1939 unemployment was eliminated
