With individuals

  • Meet with Koru and Te Rito hub to talk through possible high level tasks
  • Planned and taught with Te Rito hub
  • Was supposed to have an element of reflection to these activities afterwards, but forgot to.

Learn more about leadership and how to impact/lead change.

Continue to build capability from within the school, use release for e-learning as priority.

Work with individuals and teams - with reflection afterwards and follow through, not just a one off, stand alone task

Model with my own practice using high level IT use

PD opportunities for all teachers to upskill

Felt bad taking up people time - want to make it easy for people and not too much extra.
