What do levers do? Levers lift or move things that you want or need to move like a friend, your mom, your dad, your sister, your brother and animals too.
Are there classes in levers? There are three classes, the first class lever second class lever and third class lever, are the three lever classes.
Can a lever be used with other simple machines? A lever can be used with other simple machines like a wheel and axle or other simple machines.

What is a first class lever? A first class lever is like a seesaw, if you or a friend is touching the ground you or your friend is the load and whoever is in the air there is force pulling you or your friend down, and in the middle is the fulcrum.
What is a second class lever? A second class lever is like a nutcracker, the load is in the middle and the fulcrum is on one side and on the other side is the effort.
What is a third class lever? A third class lever is like hockey sticks, tennis, a baseball bat or golf, those are some third class lever and a fishing rod, a shovel, a broom and tongs too.

What is not a lever a clock, a clip or a simple machine? A simple machine is not a lever if you included the lever but it’s not a lever because there are different simple machines like a wheel and axle, a ramp or a pulley are simple machines.
