STATEMENT

  • Our overall goal is for peace
  • Gain stronger relations with other Countries
  • We want to avoid full war
  • If we have to, as a last resort, we go to war

STEP 1 - PREPARATIONS

  • Strengthen International relations with:
  • China - large military force, supporters of NK
  • Russia- large military force, supplies arms to NK

STEP 1 PROS/CONS

  • Pros - gain military ally, support from large powers
  • Cons - being pulled into allies' wars

STEP 2 - PEACEFUL TREATY

  • Negotiate terms for a peace treaty
  • UN will supply aid to NK citizens
  • NK must hand over all nuclear weapons
  • Once all nuclear weapons are handed over
  • NK citizens will receive 100% UN aid

Step 2 Pros/Cons

  • Pros: give aid to NK people
  • -loose nuclear threat from NK
  • Cons: Use of UN resources to NK

STEP 3/STRONGER WALL

  • Reinforce DMZ,
  • Train and supply SK soldiers
  • Pros: SK ready for NK attack
  • Cons: Use of US resources

  • Last resort
  • Go to war against NK
  • Utilize allies from step 1

  • Cons: Lives Lost, Full War
