AIN'T NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT

Imagine this:
$10,080 week.
Sunday morning it goes in, Saturday night the account is emptied to $0.
You can't invest, save, transfer, or buy stock with it. Use it or lose it!

$Money$

• What would u do with the money?
• Do u think u would spend it all?
• What would be the smartest use of the money?
• What would be a foolish use of the money?

The funny thing is you DO get 10,080 of something.
MINUTES
You can't save for later, stock up on, or transfer. After they are gone, you never get them back!

Are you spending your time wisely or foolishly?
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
What is Solomon expressing here in this passage?

Good vs Bad

• Which of the "times" in the passage are perceived as good?
• Which of the "times" in the passage are perceived as bad?
• What attitude could make these situations all right?

Why do you think God allows "bad" things like death and war? Does He cause these? Does he tempt people to make those things happen?

When we follow God's timing, things will turn out for the better!

Ecclesiastes 3:11-12

• v. 11 "He has made everything beautiful in its time." What does this mean?
• In the world today, people talk more about doing good than serving God.
• Doing good IS serving God for Christians!

60 minutes in an hour!
1,440 minutes in a day!
10,080 minutes a week!
What percentage of that time do you spend doing good?

With every time a minute goes by, you are either using it or wasting it!
Do we waste our time more than we use it wisely?

COLOSSIANS 4:5

• Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time. (‭Colossians‬ ‭4‬:‭5‬ ESV)

COLOSSIANS 4:5

• [Walk in wisdom] = follow God's pattern for living
• [outsiders] = allow non-Christians to see your behavior as a follower of Chist
• [best use of the time] = "make the most of every opportunity"

• Are you following God's timing in your life?
• Are you using the minutes of your day wisely?
• Where do you think you need to change?

Do you have time for God in your life?
Do you take time to serve God?
