law against the establishment of parties July 14,1933

What did it do?

• If anyone in Germany try to make a new political party they will have a severe punishment (going to jail for year or depending on the crime they commited)

Who would suffer?

• The people who had political parties or the ones who were working on establishing a political party because now the weren't allowed to establish their own party

Who would it help?

• It would help the political party of the nazis because now they didnt have any party that could take them out of power

Was it fair?

• This law wasnt fair because other parties are kind of exculded form their job.
