Sounds

  • Use white noise such as a fan
  • Turn off TV

  • Keep room dark
  • No screen time for 1 hour before sleep
  • Turn off phone

  • Cut down on dust, pollen, molds that cause allergies by vacuuming, cleaning

  • No caffeine in evening
