NEWTONS LAWS
1st Law: Law of Inertia; when the marble is moving, it won't stop until the end of the track
2nd Law: Equation Law; the force acting upon the marble is gravity.
3rd Law: Action-Reaction Law; the force of gravity allows the marble to have enough speed to go through the loops and over the hills.
3.
GRAVITY
Gravity plays an important role in the movement of the marble. As soon and the marble is dropped from the top of the track, gravity does the rest.
4.
FORCE (CENTRIPETAL)
Centripetal force is the circular force. The mass of the marble also affects how fast it goes. The mass of the marble is .00515kg.
5.
FRICTION TYPES
The type of friction that is occurring is rolling friction.
When the marble stops, static friction is occurring.
