WHAT IS A HEART ATTACK?
A heart attack is when there is a blockage of blood flow to the heart muscle.

- Difficulty Breathing
- Chest Pain
- Confusion
- Dry Mouth
- Vomiting
- Coughing
- Shortness of Breath
- Nausea
- Cold Sweat

- Need to be hospitalized
- May need surgery to reroute blood vessels
- Need Prescription drugs and aspirin to decrease risk of more heart attacks
PREVENTION- DON'T...

- Eat a lot of a lot of fatty foods
- Become Overweight
- Lead a sedentary lifestyle
- Stress about little things
