POLYSYNDENTON

  • Using many conjunctions to achieve an overwhelming effect, often without commas
  • Scheme
  • Ex.: It was dark and rainy and windy and cold and dreary.
  • The garden grew pansies and daisies and daffodils and roses and ferns.
