For 11 days I tracked what I ate.
After that, I researched how many calories each food was.
Then, I found my average. My average is 621 calories per day.
How do you find an average though?
You add up all of your numbers then divide them by the amount of numbers that you added up.
After that, I found the change and accumulated change. The accumulated change was 271 calories.
