A heart attack can happen when arteries supplying blood to the heart can become blocked by blood clots or fat deposits, in one condition called atherosclerosis. Deposits of fat partially blocks a part of the arteries. A diet in high fat called cholesterol, cholesterol can make the artery narrower until blocked. In there blood may modify their diet to reduce their cholesterol level
How does the heart problem affect the structure of the heart? This would affect the heart because the arteries, it depends where they have been blocked, if the arteries are coronary arteries, and they are the middle of the heart that it would be a HUGE problem, the need for oxygen can’t be met for the rest of the body, then you would die, but if it were in the corner, then there would be a small chance of dying.
How does the problem impact the function of the heart? If there is a fat deposit in the coronary artery, in the middle of the heart, , the heart may not get the oxygen it needs, so if the heart shuts down, with zero oxygen, then that would make the WHOLE body to shutdown, and that would be very sad.
