River Rouge Power Plant is a coal-fired power station owned and operated by DTE Energy near River Rouge, Michigan.
The plant has two coal-fired units. One unit was retired in November 2015, and the other is planned for retirement in 2023.[1]
DTE's distribution line voltages are three-phase 4,800 volts
