EVAPORATION

  • The act of heat turning liquid water into vapor ( a gas) that rises in the air.

TRANSPIRATION

  • The process by which plants lose water out of their leaves and in the air.

CONDENSATION

  • The cooling of water vapor,which changes it back into liquid that creates clouds.

PERCIPITATION

  • The release of condensed water that the air cannot hold any bigger. Precipitation occurs in the form of rain, sleet, hail, and snow.
