  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Superior Content

A free gift can be a simple as a free image or a multi-page downloadable book.
A special offer needs to be enticing enough to get the customer to act. Discount of at least 20% off or exclusive access to the merchandise.

A special service that is only available to those that are “members.” An example is a full car detail for those customers having their car serviced at the dealership.

  • Offer instructional Videos
  • Offer a no questions asked Return Policy for Members

Great Content

  • Sets you apart from your competitors
  • Educates your customers
  • Entertains
  • Recognizes you as a leader in your field

People love exclusivity. By offering a special service this will make them feel like a member of the club or family which will lead to continued reciprocity.
