No Description

PRESENTATION OUTLINE

THE THREE LAWS OF MOTION

LAW ONE

  • A RESTING OBJECT WILL NOT MOVE UNTIL FORCE IS APPLIED. WILL NOT STOP UNTIL FORCE IS APPLIED

EXAMPLE

  • A thrown ball will not stop until it hits something. Such as being caught, hitting a fence, and so on

LAW TWO

  • More mass needs more force to be moved

EXAMPLE

  • It is harder to throw a ten pound shot put than a five pound

LAW THREE

  • Everything has an equal and opposite reaction

EXAMPLE

  • When you fall on a trampoline, it dips down, then comes back up, and the force of your fall is reversed into throwing you upwards
