PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Internal/External

The metaprogram is based on your motivation or decision-making which lies within you or with other people.

If you trust your judgment when it comes to making decisions or knowing you've done a good job, you have an INTERNAL REFERENCE.

If you need feedback from others to know how well you've done, you have an EXTERNAL REFERENCE.
