  • Llapingachos are fried potato cakes that originated in Ecuador. They are usually served with a peanut sauce. The dish is similar to Colombian arepas.

Chorizo

  • Chorizo or Chouriço is a type of pork sausage. Traditionally, it uses natural casings made from intestines, a method used since Roman times.

Choclo

  • Choclo, also referred to as Peruvian corn or Cuzco corn (after the capital city of the Inca empire),[1] happens is a large-kernel variety of field corn from the Andes. It is consumed in parts of Central America and South America, especially in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Colombia.
