HOW TO MAKE PORK SCHNITZEL

YOU WILL NEED THESE ITEMS

• Six boneless pork chops
• Bread crumbs
• Eggs and milk
• All-purpose flour
• Salt
• Cooking oil

Warning!
Make sure you have a parent or guardian around when using the stove

First, take out three shallow dishes

Then place the following in three bowls: in the first, crack three eggs and whisk together with 1/4 cup milk, then in the second pour 1/3 cup flour, and in the third pour bread crumbs

Now place the pork chops between plastic wrap and pound until 1/4 inch thick

Now place the pork chops in the following order: flour, egg mixture, and bread crumbs

Pour cooking oil onto a nonstick pan until it covers the bottom

Once the oil is hot place cutlets and set a timer for three minutes on each side(or until golden brown)
