SPORTS LEADERS

Three things to improve

ORGANIZATION

• We weren't very organised because people wanted to be the leader when it wasn't their turns
• Also it was hard to lead big groups like in this picture, because of the talking

LISTENING

• In this picture we can see that everyone is having fun but it looks like the leader is being ignored
• Also Mr.Buck always bings up listening as a problem in the end of class

COMUNICATION

• Sometimes our leaders couldn't put theirselves in our shoes and see we were blind folded, this made the communication poor
• As you can see we were inches away from getting the ball in the basket but we didn't due to lack of communication

Things that went well

COMPETITIVENESS

• We were very competitive in the games with points
• In this picture we can see people running to win

HAVING FUN

• Every game we played we were always having fun
• This is important because it makes us do better

TEAM WORK

• In this image we can see that everyone was working together to finish quickly and win
