WHY DO WE HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA?

• Connect with friends and family
• Meet new people
• Use it as a journal
• Post funny pictures
• But what happens if someone doesn't like your post?

EVERYONE'S DONE IT

• Someone you know on social media updates there status
• We either like it, hate it, or if we disagree with it.... We complain about it!
• But why complain about it?

• Does it affect someone you know personally?
• Do you know all the facts behind the status?
• So what do we do.... We comment on it!

WE LIKE TO BE HEARD

• We like to state our opinions
• We like to let other people know why we think they're wrong
• And as we all know, we like a little bit of conflict

DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

• Makes our conscious feel better, sometimes
• But, may cause tension between you and the person
• Makes you look a little crazy

AVOID IT

• If you don't agree with it, it's not the end of the world... So keep scrolling!
• Social media is meant to be SOCIAL, not a site for negative comments.
