Story of Fortitude
Stephen gives a speech at Sanhedrin.
This speech talks about how Jesus had
appeared to Abraham showing He presided
more just than in His House. Then Moses,
and the Israelites disobedience to God.
5.
Stoning of Stephen
After the crowd became enraged after mistakingly
think he was saying God would destroy there temple
for disobeying Him; they decided to stone him. Stephen
prayed to God beforehand that He would find his spirit,
and forgive the people for what they are doing to him.

My Opinion
The prayer to God asking him to forgive the people
who killed him, was an appearance of fortitude.
For him to be killed because of preaching to the people
about God, is amazing. He forgave the people for what
they did, and died for getting people to accept God 100%.

OPINION CONTINUED & EXTRA FACTS
Being a Martyr of Faith, is definitely one of the hardest
decisions to make and I agree with his decision because
he had attempted to bring more people into God's Kingdom.
Saint Stephen's feast day is on December 26th and the relics
of him are located in the Church of St. Stephen, Jerusalem.
