The second biggest 21 day total between Star Wars the last jedi which made 548 million dollar and Star Wars Force Awakens which made 770 million dollars. It made 1.7 billion world wide. It became the biggest global grosser ever for a summer release on Tuesday, it will cross the 1.7 billion milestone.

• This is newsworthy because on the opening weekends, avengers infinity war made the most money out of any MARVEL movie. It made 257 million dollars, the original avengers movie made 207 million and black panther made 201 million. These are the top 3 most money made on the opening weekend for each movie.

• This affects the world because you will know that the next movie marvel will make will make lots of money over the opening weekend. Others should care about this because the amount of money it made is the most any other marvel movie with over than 22 superhero’s in it. Their was also a comic book about Avengers Infinity war. • I chose to write about this topic because I saw the movie, I was interested to research more about the movie, and I would learn more about the movie and all of the series.
