BOREDOM

• You may not be bored if you try to be more engaged
• If you pretend to be intrested for long enough you may actually become interested in the thing you were previously bored of

PROCRASTINATION

• It will will cause more stress than if you just make a plan and work with a schedule
• The most important thing is to just start, it gets easier the earlier you start and the more you work on it in advance

LISTENING

• If you actively listen, you will learn better
• Only think about what is going on in the present and think about everything else after you are done listening in that class
