Michael Scott Kimmel (born February 26, 1951)[1] is an American sociologist specializing in gender studies. Lessons Learned

- everyone is struggling with alcohol in residence
- Diversity and race relations in the states are very sensitive
- different in types of institutions that we dont really have in Canada
- learned best practices
- two way learning
