• The mafia decided that the
• Best thing for them to do
• Would be to sell alcohol to
• Upperclass people who
• Would buy illegal alcohol

LAW ENFORCEMENT

• As the mafia began to get
• More successful cops were
• Assigned to take them down
• But most cops would take
• Bribes and participate in the acts

THE END

• Eventually the U.S.
• Realized there mistake
• By making alcohol illegal
• People would find other ways
• to get it causing more crime
