BEVERLY HILLS DIET

The Beverly Hills diet is about eating the right foods at the right time and paying particular attention to what foods you are eating together over a 35 day period. I am doing my presentation on the new Beverly Hills diet which is an updated version of the original version (by Judy Mazel) that is a little more balanced and less extreme.

MENU PLAN SAMPLE

  • Breakfast: Dried appricots
  • Lunch: Salad
  • Dinner: Pasta

Have a healthy body by eating both fruits and vegetables.

But the diet also has days where you can only eat fruit, which leaves out the vital nutrients your body needs.

I don't think the Beverly Hills diet is good for everyone. If you are going on a diet to lose a few pounds this is not the right diet for you. I think this diet is more for extreme weight loss than it is if you are healthy, but looking only to build your muscles or become more fit. Even so I don't think the Beverly Hills diet is the best one I would recommend something else. Vegan or vegetarian might be better. And most importantly exercise. Exercise is very important when you are losing weight to keep your body healthy.
