The beginning
Miranda, a 15 year old girl, is about to witness the biggest astriod that is about to hit the moon. It's said to be the biggest one yet. When the astriod hits instead of nothing happening the moon grows as if it's much closer to earth now. There's no electricity or signal.

The tides have changed
After a day with no electricity the news blares on saying tsunamis and severe flooding on the coast lines. Completely submerged cities,towns, and states; and they're still coming inland.

The shopping spree
While Miranda is at school her worried mother takes her out early to prepare for the worse they go to the supermarket food,pet food, and anything else of use.
