Hypothermia body temperture

  • 36c cold setting in
  • 34c Amnesia
  • 33c Cardiac arythmia
  • 32c Muscle contractions
  • 31c Pre-coma stage
  • 30c coma
  • 22c Death

Hypothermia

  • Occurs when body temperture is below 35c
  • Develops with prolonged exposure to tempertures under 10c
  • Life threatening if body temperature is below 32c

Symptoms

  • uncontrollable shivering
  • feeling Exhausted
  • slurred speech, confusion, drowsiness
  • slowing of heart rATE AND BREATHING
  • DIALTED pupils

HOW TO BUILD A FIRE IN THE WILDERNESS

  • find DRY tinder
  • gather DRY kindling
  • fIND LARGE DRY FIREWOOD
  • MAKE A TINDER NEST
  • MAKE A TEEPEE OR HOUSE OUT OF WOOD
  • LIGHT THE FIRE by using lighter or matches but if i don't have either of those I would either use lint or a piece of clothing the try to get a spark by rubbing rocks together
