INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cups of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cups of red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 jalapeño peppers seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cups chopped fresh cilantro

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • Cayenne pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A MEDIUM BOWL
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve
