Monarchy
One person who inherits power rules
The king knew the right way to make decisions
It was only his perspective to make laws, so the laws were for the rich
The aristocrats, his advisors, wanted power and drove kings out

Oligarchy
A few rich families ruled together
Pro: They used the army to keep peace
Con: Their laws were unfair to the poor
The poor used the army to drive out oligarchy families

Tyranny
One leader that takes over by force
Pro: They made fair laws for the poor and working class
Con: They were harsh against their suspected enemies
They would be forced out if their rule became unbearable

Democracy
All citizens share ruling power
Pro: Laws were usually fair since everyone had a say
Con: Convincing speakers could force citizens to vote unwisely
This goverment stayed because it was fair and gave equal rights
