• I learned that we should find relevancy in irrelevant things
• To always try to do things even if i find them unhelpful

BOREDOM

• Participate in class to stop being bored
• Slow down your thinking and you will stop being bored

PROCRASTINATION

• Procrastination can lead to more stress
• Doing things even if you don’t want to will help get rid of procrastination

LISTENING

• There are 5 levels of learning; MLIOMM, judgmental, distracted, processing and the ZONE
• Not getting distracted and trying to focus will help get you in the zone
